锻炼活动会刺激你的大脑分泌内啡肽,从而让你感到神清气爽。
此外,研究表明,锻炼对于心理健康的效果是药物的1.5倍。
如何应对?每天锻炼30分钟。
4. 他们接触大自然不足¶
长期暴露在蓝光下会打乱你的生物钟,导致抑郁和烦躁。
长期接触大自然则不会这样。
如何应对? 每天一个小时的户外活动。
5. 他们总是抱怨和扮演受害者¶
他们为自己的生活不自律找各种理由。
他们没有办成事情时就会怪罪到别人身上,他们总是想要不劳而获,得不到时又自怨自艾。

如何应对?每天想三件值得感激的事情。
7. 他们喜欢惹是生非¶
他们见不得别人过得好。
所以他们总要做点事情来搬弄是非,比如通过羞辱等幼稚手段来试图让别人感觉自己一文不值。
如何应对?停止憎恨他人,停止播弄是非。
